the furthest lulabelle and clifton had ever been from the circus

8 inches square
acrylic on birch panel
sold

my circus people lately all want to leave the circus rather than join it, you could probably read something into that if you'd like.

this one is a bit of an experiment - acrylic rather than oil, dries quickly and the price can be a little bit lower, i'm quite happy with it, not leaving my oils behind but i do see more acrylics in my future as well.

some of you already have noticed a link for a mailing list on my sidebar and for those of you that haven't - there's a link for an email list on my sidebar, i promise no spam in fact i don't even promise any mail but a newsletter is something i've been toying with doing for sometime so i've got to start somewhere and we'll see if it leads to anything. i also started a twitter account though i'm still not sure how i feel about it but maybe someday i'll post a link .

Just when I think you can't come up with another very intriguing piece POW-off you go. This does get one wondering. I fill the same way-wanting to run away from home just not to far.
Love It Love It...you always manage to get my brain going and my art starts to roll.
And the names are great as always.
