over the last few months i've been experimenting with a widening of my color palette, i'm always drawn to a very soft faded look but find when i push myself out of that in paintings such as this one i really love the final result. and i love her muumuu.

I really like the yellow flowers on her dress!
funny, i just wrote about the same thing (color palettes, that is). although i'm making absolutely no effort to branch out.
