this mixed media drawing - pencil, pink and yellow watercolor, white and baby blue gouache, grey felt pen and a touch of scarlet red colored pencil - is one of an ongoing series of drawings i'm working on based on the class photos out of an old yearbook i purchased at an estate sale. the drawings came from a need to have some way i could work with little francie on my lap and have developed into something i really love. many are currently available through my etsy store and this one along with several others will soon be available through the online store petaline.
